Handling of Complaints (Claims) & Appeals Against Environmental Information Verification and Validation Body Decisions

The possibility of filing a complaint or appeal is an important tool for protecting the interests of Carbon Assurance FZ L.L.C. clients and other interested parties from errors and unjustified actions, as well as ensuring the openness of the certification procedure.

Complaint and appeal materials are considered in accordance with the Documented Procedure Handling of Complaints (Claims) and Appeals Against Environmental Information Verification and Validation Body Decisions (CA-DP-04)

An interested party has the right to contact Carbon Assurance FZ L.L.C. with a complaint or appeal within 1 (one) month from the date of the event that caused the appeal.

Note: By completing this application, I, in accordance with the provisions of the UAE legislative acts on the protection of personal data, give Carbon Assurance FZ LLC (Sustainability District, 2 Mangrove Quarter A, Unit 2, First Floor Expo City Dubai, Expo Road, Dubai - UAE) written consent to process my personal data. Actions with personal data, the use of which is given by consent: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, distribution (including cross-border), clarification (update, change), depersonalization, destruction of personal data; blocking of information, both with the use of automation tools, including in information and telecommunications networks, and without the use of such tools. This consent is valid from the moment of its signing until the receipt of a written notice of withdrawal of consent. I have been notified that I have the right to withdraw this consent by notifying Carbon Assurance in writing. After receiving the specified notification, the consent ceases to be valid within a month. At the same time, the processing of the complaint/appeal application will be terminated.
